What coaching with me is:

Coaching with me will be fun and challenging. I will push you to get uncomfortable about where you are currently with your business or career. Together we will challenge you to think differently and you will leave feeling invigorated and ready to take action. Real action that will push you, your business and your career to new heights.

What coaching with me is not:

I am not a "life coach". Coaching with me is not a one time conversation with no follow-up or accountability. It is far from boring and will not have you dragging your heels or pulling out your hair after each conversation.

My Expertise:

Growing Your Business

During our coaching, we will follow a three step process. I'll help you: see new possibilities for your business to grow, simplify how to get there, and leave you with a clear action plan you can begin to tackle right away. We will dig into where your business is now and tackle the difficult questions you have likely been avoiding. This is a sustained and confidential conversation. Our discussions can take place in person or virtual (Skype, Phone, etc.). Most conversations last one to one and a half hours and take place on a regular frequency over a 6+ month period.

Extreme Career Makeovers

Do you wish you could hit CTRL+ALT+DELETE on your career and just do a hard reboot? Are you stuck in the wrong career and no matter what you do, you can't seem to move? Or, maybe you are clear what your next step should be but haven't the faintest idea where to start? YOU are ready for an extreme career makeover. Brace yourself because during our sessions you will take a hard look at your life, your happiness, and where you really want to be. We can meet in person or virtually and most conversations will last one to two hours. You will have follow up actions and I will check in on you. This is not a one time meeting and can take place over 3, 6 or 12+ months.
